Went on a school field trip. We usually go to the kids aquarium at fair park. We had so much fun here. The kids love it. Adults love it. The animals are so cute and happy here. Just go to the aquarium and stop by the gift shop.

Overpriced. The animals are kept in small pools or enclosures and do not look very happy (they are not very active). The staff is, on the whole, professional and helpful. Given the price, I expected something much larger and more impressive. I will not be returning.

I have to switch my tickets for another time and I was afraid that I was going to wait for a refund and get charged again for the new show time, but when I called the location and spoke to SYLVIA she was able to change the seats to the other time without charging me again !! I was amazed that they could do that. Sylvia was super helpful and kind when helping me with my issue!

I work close to this McDonald and the service is horrible I have came a whole week to get food through the drive thru and the same young Hispanic girl is rude every time. I ask the next lady at window could my drink be filled up she told that where the line is. I am just going to have to start getting breakfast elsewhere because of the unprofessional behavior there.

My family and I have been here many times (at 2 different locations) and have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, our experience last night wasn’t quite as good as usual. Our server was very nice, but the overall service was noticeably very slow. There were several delays throughout the evening, including water refills and getting our check. When it came to dessert, she took orders from 2 people but didn’t ask the rest of the table if they wanted anything. We had to ask her to come back. We understand restaurants get busy, but the service could have been more attentive. Our biggest disappointment, though, was the tres leches cake! The original recipe with pineapple and coconut was absolutely delicious and unique. My husband loved it so much that I once purchased a whole cake for his birthday. We were excited to have it again, only to discover the recipe had changed. Please consider bringing back the original tres leches cake! It was truly something special and one of your signature desserts. The new version doesn’t even compare. Some things are simply too good to change!

We celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday. The food and atmosphere… amazing. The bartender who brought our drinks was warm and kind. The gentleman who refilled waters and cleared plates was genuinely kind and attentive with big smiles. Our service with our actual server was lackluster at best and that is being kind. No energy no smiles and attention was severely lacking. Our server seemed unhappy to be with us. We have been here several times and it was such a disappointment this time . She walked by our table several times. No eye contact and no check in. My daughter literally said I don’t think she likes us. It was her birthday. Do better.

Great food and location. We came here before a concert at AA Center. The beef carpaccio was great, the lasagna was perfectly made and it tasted homemade. Everything would have been great had we not had a horrible waitress. Hailey B. Was incredibly unprofessional, seemed like someone she knew was an another table and she kept running off to that table to mess around, even getting on the phone at some point. She kept forgetting to put our orders in, with drinks taking sometimes longer than 20 minutes to come out. We ordered extra bread for the carpaccio, only came with 2 pieces, took over 25 minutes for her to get it. Even the manager noticed and had to bring our food after waiting over 30 minutes for it. It wasn’t incredibly crowded, and tables that had a different waiter seemed to have no problems. Wish we would had had decent service, we wanted to order more drinks and maybe a desert, but we got tired of waiting and putting up with how unprofessional this waitress was.
