I went here for my birthday with a couple of friends and sat at the bar. The staff (Dawn, Maddie, Evan, and Jared) were excellent! They were all so helpful, kind, and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful they helped make my birthday extra special. Thank you all!

Oh my god. I had my birthday dinner here and loved it. Shane was a great server and the beer, I had the Pumking and the Pumqueen were so great I asked to take a keg home. Also I had the hot honey pepperoni pizza and it's the best tasting pizza I've ever had in my life. That's 50 years of pizza eating and I was melting with pleasure eating this!

I wanted to hate this place because the front door girl was acting snobby and I couldn't have my usual sliced vs. chopped brisket, but the food and drinks were so good. Chris and Kelsey are your biggest assets behind the kitchen staff. 🤌🏻 Edit: Removed a star since y'all letting the front door girl do y'all's review replies

Loved visiting Michael Symon’s bbq joint in downtown Cleveland. Relaxed and fun atmosphere. The Cleveland (bbq bowl) and a side of fried potatoes were fantastic and served up quick. Plenty of leftovers

This place is lame. Your hometown baseball team just won a playoff series. But you can't be bothered to stay open. Literally dozens of people wanted to get in and hand you money. Oh and the kicker, it was Saturday night.

Amazing walleye, caught fresh that morning right from the lake, and great sweet corn ice cream! And everything else was delicious, too--we had giardiniere, mushroom frybread and green beans, as well as a great riesling from Slovenia. My only slight critique is that everything (except for the giardiniere) was very rich, so some lighter dishes or smaller portions on some items would help more people be able to sample more of the delicious dishes

Very fun and engaging dining experience. The atmosphere is wonderful. Upscale but laid back and comfortable at the same time. The food is both creative and delicious and the cocktails are top notch.

Great great great spot. Best Brussels I've had in ages and I try em everywhere. The staff couldn't have been nicer (I got there early for a date and the ladies were so fun and I didn't feel awkward or returning to my phone for distraction). Smash sliders were great too and can understand why they're getting the headlines as a great spot. Killer space right in east 4th too. Want to go back and try more! My average spend is higher as we tried a few items and specialty to drinks Noise was higher in my ranks just cuz it was a Guards play off game.

Man this is a disappointing review to leave. So when you walk into Butcher the Brewer you immediately get a Five Star, Michelin level restaurant feel, but I sat my coat down and needed to use the facilities, and when I asked who I assumed to be a manager (I saw her at multiple stations later) all she could be bothered to do was loosely point as she went about her way. After that I sat at the bar and this guy (who appeared to be senior in authority) was explaining to me that I was to scan the barcode to view the menu, but that I would actually order through the bartenders. But after I took longer than he wanted to make a decision, he walked off and never stopped again to check on me (despite walking by me multiple times)! Thankfully one of the other bartenders took care of me. The one beer I had was good (that’s all I could order with the limited attention I received), the burger sliders I had were actually phenomenal, but the leadership at Butcher and the Brewer seem to have “drank to much of the koolaid”, they have an amazing place, with an amazing selection, but you can tell a lot about people by the way they treat people that they don’t have to treat well! I would never come back here again, despite the good food and ambiance!

Hudson was the first person that greeted us with a smile. We sat at the bar awaiting our event. He recommended the new cocktail, "Just Beet It." It was perfectly paired with my recommended rare strip steak dinner. I am glad I stopped in my first time. Mary was great too. I wish she took the time to take me and my fiancé on a tour for a potential bridal shower and future event for my company but we will definitely consider other possibilities. They unfortunately had an event this Wednesday and we were not able to see the venue for a quick tour- that's okay...customer service is not important to all restaurants these days. I would still consider the location - Kate gets a special shout out too:) you were great. Management not so much...eek

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! My wife and 2 kids were running late for the concert so we handed the waiter our credit card, added tip, and signed all on the little handheld device. We learned our lesson! Went to pay our credit card bill and saw a $120 charge from Barrio and thought to myself, "There is no way 2 adults, 2 kids, no alcohol, could spend $120 at a taco place". We tried calling multiple times. We tried for weeks using the Contact Us on the website at least 4 times, even sending one to a different Barrio location to see if anyone could help just even get us a copy of our receipt. No response from Barrio to either. Decided to dispute with the credit card. It took Barrio over a month to even respond to them. Unfortunately, Barrio said since we signed for it, that was enough acknowledgement for them and my dispute was declined. The credit card company did get a copy of my receipt. After reviewing, there is over $50 in charges that were not ours. We are a vegetarian and gluten free family, why we initially picked Barrio in the first place, and there are items we would never even consider ordering added to our bill. Yes, we signed without looking, our mistake, but the fact that Barrio is not only ignoring our requests but doubling down saying its our fault is wild to me.

When we first walked in, we didn't know what to expect. Their menu felt a little overwhelming at first but once we got the gist of everything, we were able to place our orders. The tacos were great and very filling. I had the El Jefe Loco, Chicken Bacon Ranch, and La Tierra. I was only able to finish one taco and took the other two home. They were still good the next day. Their nachos were great too. Our server, Trinity, had great customer service and was very accommodating of our dietary preferences (gluten-sensitive). Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting some good tacos 👍
