We went on Monday, October 12 and ordered the chocolate cake slices. We waiting over 25 minutes for our number to be called. We finally checked with the pickup staff, and found that our orders had been sitting there to the side and being ignored. Seems like the staff only focuses on getting the hot foods out to the other customers

We arrived around 11:30 a.m. and waited about 75 minutes, but a walk through Millennium Park made the time fly. The Berry Bliss Belgian Waffle, Española Omelet, and Strawberry Banana Smoothie were all delicious, and the service was great. We’ll be back next time we’re in Chicago!

On my second trip to Chicago, I finally made it to the Nutella store after missing out on it during my last visit! We came on a Sunday afternoon, and there was a long line for dine-in. However, when we asked if we could get our order to go, we were told there was no line for takeout and that we could just walk in and order at the kiosk. So that’s exactly what we did! Honestly, everything on the menu looked amazing, but we settled on a Nutella iced latte and a regular hot latte for drinks. For food, we got warmed-up banana bread with banana toppings, a Nutella crepe with hazelnut toppings, and a croissant with raspberry toppings. The croissant was clearly the winner for me! The staff were absolutely sweet and friendly, which made the experience even better. We walked over to Millennium Park and enjoyed our treats with the Cloud Gate (the Bean) as our view. What a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Chicago! Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Excellent restaurant. I have food intolerances and this restaurant were able to cater to my needs. They were even sweet enough to offer me an alternative to the bread they hand out at the start of the meal. Perfect venue for marathon prep!
