Awesome venue! Beautiful architecture, great sound (recordings won’t do it justice) small interior but cozy. Staff was fine. Mainly standing room only for concerts but there is seating upstairs with a nice overhead view. The balcony seats are only a bummer if the performers decide to crowd surf. We saw Switchfoot & Anberlin (both of which ROCKED) but Switchfoot’s lead singer crowd surfed at one point and no one upstairs could see him! 😂 Lighting & effects were very good too.

The staff are very kind and accommodating towards those with disabilities. I had called the venue to get on the ADA list, and they made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the show. They even brought out a chair for me to sit before doors since I couldn’t stand in line. Great sound too! 10/10 would recommend.

Held my engagement party here in The Stacks room & it was so much fun! We had the brunch buffet, which was devoured by my family & friends. We also had a mimosa bar, which was also a hit— particularly the pea flower mimosa! Arranging the party was so smooth & their events manager, Ashley, was so helpful & accommodating. I enjoyed working with her & the Trident events staff who made my party so special & enjoyable. Please hold your parties here! I promise you’ll have such an amazing time!

Interesting experience here! We heard great things so we’re happy to go. We called because the reservation schedule said they had quite some availability for two but we wanted three. We were told on the phone they had a high top and it was only possible for 1 hour. We arrive within 10 minutes of calling and they don’t remember the conversation and ask our name, which they didn’t check on the phone. We get told by 3 different people in the first 5 minutes that we have to be gone within the hour. Also someone asked if we reserved at the correct location. A little bit of an unwelcoming vibe! We asked if it was easier for them if we would sit at the bar, apparently there are no time constraints there and it had many seats open but no one mentioned that. We moved to the bar and the bar personnel was really nice and welcoming and the food was lovely, especially the banana bread pudding. Happy they turned the night around for us! The seats where we would’ve had to leave within an hour were still open by the time we finished dinner.

Wow the Daddy’s Breakfast was really good and my latte too. I’m pretty picky about fried chicken but this was legit. Even the plantains were cooked better than I’m used to.

Koi soi is too good. For it to be a pho restro. For sweet and savory lovers. The fried chicken that comes with it just elevates everything . The desserts are also nice . Last time I had chocolate lava. And today I had mango mousse

We were told to eat here by our tour guide at Fenway Park. This place did not disappoint! The chicken sandwiches were so good. The chili cheese dog was amazing. The fry/tater tot seasoning was sooo good.

The food here was excellent and we enjoyed our delicious burgers, fries and fried mozzarella. However, we were a little bit dissapointed with the lack of staff when we came there during lunch time. There was only one server taking our orders and cleaning up other tables. I felt bad for her. The atmosphere was okay. The bathroom was somewhat clean.
