The communication at this venue is awful and the workers aren’t very friendly. I called before the concert twice and come to find out not one person answered my questions correctly which caused me to have to make a decision at check in that could have been fully disclosed to me on the calls. I feel like the worker was just trying to make the best sell of seats for her and not me. It was an obstructed view seat which she said it was obstructed but said that it really isn’t that obstructed but it actually was. Then a worker (not server) came and talked to us during the concert and made me miss a song I was wanting to hear live. Just not a very friendly venue and not easy to navigate.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with how security handled an incident at House of Blues Anaheim on October 21, 2026, around 10 PM. My Mexican American friend was pushed by a white patron. Instead of removing the person who initiated the physical contact, security kicked out my friend while allowing the other individual to stay. This unequal treatment raises serious concerns about potential racial bias and discriminatory enforcement of security policies. We have formally requested that management preserve the security footage and investigate what happened. Everyone deserves fair treatment, regardless of their ethnicity. House of Blues Anaheim needs to explain why these two individuals were treated so differently.

9/18/26 I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience at The Cheesecake Factory. What was supposed to be an enjoyable dinner with my fiancé turned into an absolute disaster. We arrived at approximately 8:45 PM and were seated, only to immediately notice that my silverware was DISGUSTING. It had dried food still stuck to it. We ordered the egg roll sampler as our appetizer. About five minutes later, our waiter, Eddie, returned to take our main course order. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. A couple was seated next to us after we had already ordered. As time passed, we watched them receive their appetizer before we received ours, and even their order was incorrect! Meanwhile, Eddie came back to our table twice to ask what appetizer we had ordered. How do you lose track of an order multiple times? Then, to make matters worse, my burger was brought out before our appetizer had even arrived and before my fiancé received any food whatsoever. I asked them to hold off on my burger because we were still waiting for the appetizer we had ordered nearly an hour earlier. By 9:45 PM, we had been sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes with absolutely nothing to eat besides complimentary bread. Every table around us, including larger parties and another couple, had received their main courses. Yet somehow, our table of TWO couldn't even get an appetizer. Getting a manager to come speak with us was another frustrating experience. Tyler, the manager, took an unreasonable amount of time to come over, and when he finally did, he had absolutely NO explanation for what had happened. No accountability, no real solution, and seemingly no understanding of how unacceptable this entire experience was. And his solution? Offering to comp my drink. Seriously? After 75 minutes of waiting, multiple mistakes, dirty silverware, and leaving without an actual meal, you think taking a drink off the bill makes everything okay? As someone who works in customer service, I understand that restaurants get busy and mistakes happen. But this was not one simple mistake. This was a complete breakdown in service from beginning to end, followed by extremely disappointing management. We ultimately walked out having eaten nothing but bread. We wasted over an hour of our evening waiting for food that never came, while watching nearly every other table around us get served. Absolutely embarrassing service, unacceptable cleanliness, and even worse management. For a restaurant that charges what The Cheesecake Factory does, customers should not have to beg for their food or repeatedly remind their server what they ordered. This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I am genuinely shocked at how poorly this situation was handled, and I will think twice before ever returning.

Ordered off Uber Eats, food was cold and fries especially were awful, cold all the way through, wasn’t the drivers fault, restaurant was only 5 minutes away and was delivered quickly. Extremely overpriced, would not order again, costs the same to eat at a restaurant

What a horrible place. Tried to get a beer and wine with dinner, dude asked for our id. I thought he was joking, we are in our 50s. No US ID then no drink, how do you you have a US ID when you're a tourist! Burger was greasy and fell apart. Steer clear!

Food was good. Huge quantities. We, unfortunately, wasted alot by ordering an entree for each person. Could've easily gotten by with half of what we ordered. I think the hot chocolate machine is off. The two we ordered were nothing more than light brown water with no cocoa taste at all. Workers were friendly, restaurant was clean. I'd dine again, but make smarter choices.

This was our very first time. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect with the firework show and how they pipe it in from Disney was perfect. Our waitress Samantha was awesome. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She continued to check on us, helped choose perfect choices from menu, and made our first time here unforgettable. When we are in area again, we will be back!!!
